I have a bit of a backlog on my camera and yesterday I was busy playing video games, but for Hanukkah I made this Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Fudge. To be honest, I wasn’t sure if it would work. It’s tradition that for the holidays I have to make more than one thing because something always flops. I was assuming the fudge wouldn’t set.
I was wrong though. I did add more powdered sugar but it set beautifully. This fudge is SO good right out of the freezer. It gets a bit melty when sitting out but I didn’t hear any complaints. In fact, it went super quick, a lot faster than most of the things I bring to the Hanukkah party we go to yearly. It even got inhales while people sat around on couches gripping their stomachs from eating too much. There’s always room for fudge!
