Hells to the yes. Every Monday requires sugar, and why not make chocolate and peanut butter bombs. These Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookies are adorable. Are you smiling yet? I am! Or maybe that’s because I’m writing this blog post with a mouth full of cookies.

Now, I made a full recipe, and I got 4 dozen. Looks like I’m supposed to share! I didn’t have any sprinkles left for the top because it took the whole container in the recipe itself. I didn’t plan that out well but I think they look cute as-is. Guittard chips studded these beauties so not only did I get a whiff of Guittard on my commute TO work I also got to eat it today right after! I pass the factory and let me tell you that exit smells divine in the mornings. One of the benefits of motorcycle commuting. You get to smell different things on the way to your destination. PS: Recology smells how you would think a recycling/dump would smell. At least I get the chocolate whiff first.

So this Monday is going to be different. It’s going to be cherry and bright and full of cookies that are celebrating their own birthday. Or funeral… have full or half empty… whatever. I should have brought a party dress to change into, but I might scare my coworkers. No matter, they have cookies and they will put up with a bunch of dorkiness for cookies.
