So I needed dessert and something kind of healthy last night. I figured cake was out and oh my gosh, no cookies. I wandered over to Fat Free Vegan and found a recipe for Banana Muffins with Peanut Butter Glaze. I love peanut butter and bananas together.

These were so easy, and they baked while I was getting the rest of dinner ready. I didn’t realize it used powdered peanut butter so I made due with regular peanut butter so it was a bit thicker of a glaze but I made it work. Still, hit the spot and I didn’t feel like I was overindulging.
