I don’t know. Seriously. When a recipe warns about over-cooking I take heed. This recipe for Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies was pretty explicit about overcooking. I have a thermometer in the oven so I made sure everything was exact, and it flopped.
I baked for 30 minutes and thought “oh, the recipe says they will work and firm up” and it didn’t. Total bummer. Even the edge pieces were raw. And I’m not eating raw chickpea batter though the husband said it tasted okay. I just have a feeling that Olena’s oven runs hotter than marked.
