I think there’s going to be a lot of granola in our future. The husband has started to be more conscious of eating breakfast and he really digs granola lately. Let’s be honest, so do I!
Granola is so damn easy to make. I don’t feel bad because I spend $10 for granola at the store but because it’s so darn easy and I could have just whipped it up while doing other things around the kitchen. Peanut butter and chocolate rule in this house so Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Granola was an obvious choice.
This recipe is tasty, easy and even perfect for dessert. I added the chocolate chips near the end because they always melt when I try them in the oven. They still got a bit melty but totally fine. I didn’t change any ingredients in the recipe, it was just perfect as-is!
